General Terms
Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a strict no-refund policy, which you agree to by purchasing any of our digital reports or database subscriptions.
Since the products made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds once the access details have been sent or the data has been accessed.
Exceptions
We recognize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we do honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server, you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days.
- Major defects: Although all products are tested, unexpected errors may occur. We reserve the right to rectify the error within 72 hours.
- Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported within 7 days with clear evidence.
Subscription Cancellation
If you have purchased a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
